Really good Stay Near the Strip

The rooms were spacious. The view from the room faced away from the strip. I watched a beautiful sunrise over the airport with planes landing. It was a nice way to start the day.

i was excited about the floor-to-ceiling windows in both rooms. electric blackout shades were really nice. the kitchen was fully equipped, and when the coffee maker broke, they replaced it in ten minutes. the bathroom had a separate shower stall, a separate toilet stall, and double sinks. the gym also suited my needs with a treadmill and free weights.
the entrance to the building felt weird, you have to walk through the parking lot for taxi drop-offs. it's not the worst thing. just slightly inconvenient.

every single employee we met was professional and positive. they wanted us to have an enjoyable stay! any issues were resolved quickly and with a smile, which i appreciated.

i noticed direct access to many dining options through the miracle mile shops. this made grabbing a quick bite very easy. there were various restaurants nearby, that were convenient.

the outdoor heated pool on the third floor was wonderful! i noticed the gym has treadmills and free weights. the hotel felt safe and secure, which gave me great peace of mind.

The room included four tvs and a projector, so much more value. the rooms were spotlessly clean. the electric blinds were activated by switch. the soaker tub was next to the bed with cool lighting surrounded by mirrors. It was amazing.

the location was acceptable.
The room cleaning was poor, there were stains on the walls in both the living room and bedroom. the cleaning staff really missed some spots while cleaning the bathroom, a big letdown. also, the staff at the starbucks inside were totally inattentive. They talked with each other a lot and didn't listen to customers. buying two almost frozen cookies cost over $10.

the hotel connects directly to the miracle mile shops so i could quickly cut through. i requested additional toiletries easily. the king size studio had a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. This was helpful to store leftovers.
the hgv representative kept calling me every day, but they didn't leave a message when i didn't answer. it was a minor inconvenience.

my studio had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher. plates and utensils. this made it easy to store and heat up leftovers. the room was clean and quiet. i was on the 37th floor and had a clear view of the airport.
